When you click on Alumni Area above, you will be asked to log in. As of October 2013, the site has been changed such that you now pick your name from a list. That should avoid most of the confusion regarding which name to use and how to punctuate it.
Except for the four people who moved prior to graduation, the list is in alphabetical order by last name - the name you used in 1969. The four who moved are at the end.
